Her Bio provides science-backed supplements for women's hormonal health through our website at herbio.com. By accessing our site, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Her Bio, Inc. ("Her Bio," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering contracts to use our site. Creating an account requires accurate information; you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login details and all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations without notice.

Products and Orders

All purchases are for personal use only; reselling is prohibited without written authorization. Product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change. Orders are offers to purchase; we may accept, reject, or cancel them for reasons like pricing errors or fraud suspicions. Risk of loss passes to you upon shipment.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly at current pricing unless canceled via your account dashboard. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method. Cancel anytime, but no refunds for prior shipments. We may adjust shipment dates or terms with notice.

Payments and Billing

Payments are processed securely via third-party providers. You agree to provide valid payment information and notify us of changes. Prices exclude taxes, which we may collect where required. No cash refunds except as stated in our Refund Policy.

Shipping and Returns

Our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy govern these matters. We ship via USPS standard service within the U.S. only; international shipping unavailable.

User Content and Reviews

Reviews and feedback grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display them. You warrant content is accurate, non-infringing, and based on personal experience. We may remove reviews at our discretion.

Arbitration

Disputes are resolved by binding individual arbitration under JAMS rules in San Francisco, CA, waiving class actions and jury trials. Small claims court exceptions apply.

Changes and Governing Law

We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice via site or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Governed by California law; venue in San Francisco courts (except arbitration).
