Thank you for choosing Her Bio. We’re committed to helping women feel their best through science-backed supplements. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work for purchases made through our website.
What’s eligible for return
Because Her Bio supplements are ingestible health products, returns are limited for safety and quality reasons. In general, all sales are final once an order has been processed and shipped, except in the following cases:
You may be eligible for a return, refund, or replacement if:

Your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Your order is lost in transit or not delivered.

We approve a one‑time courtesy refund, credit, or replacement on a first order as a goodwill gesture.
To be eligible in these situations:

For non‑delivery or lost packages, you must contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

You must provide your order number and clear photos of the issue where applicable.
Non‑returnable items
For health and safety reasons, we are generally unable to accept returns of ingestible products, especially once they have left our control. Unless required by law or otherwise stated in writing, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

Opened or partially used products

Products returned due to change of mind, dislike of flavor, or general dissatisfaction with results

Final‑sale or clearance items

Free gifts, promotional items, and sample sachets

Gift cards or store credit

Any exceptions to this will be clearly noted on the relevant product or promotion page.
Refunds
Once we receive your request and, if applicable, any returned product, we will review the information and notify you by email whether your refund or replacement has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed within approximately 5–10 business days to the original method of payment, unless we agree to an alternative.

Shipping fees are non‑refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (for example, a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, or a verified shipping error).

If a product is unavailable or discontinued after you place an order, we may cancel that item or order and issue a full refund of any amount paid for that product.
As a goodwill gesture, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a one‑time courtesy refund, credit, or replacement on a first order if you are not satisfied, subject to any conditions we communicate at the time of your request.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. To request an exchange:

Our team will confirm whether a replacement will be sent and whether a return is required.
In many cases of damage or defect, we may authorize a replacement without requiring you to return the original product.
Order changes or cancellations
Because we begin processing orders quickly, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after an order is placed.

If you need to update your shipping address or cancel an order that has not yet shipped, contact us at hello@her-bio.com as soon as possible with your order number.

If the order has not yet entered fulfillment, we may, at our discretion, update or cancel it.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, it can no longer be changed or canceled, and it will be treated under this Return & Refund Policy.
If we detect pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other issues, we may cancel your order in whole or in part and will refund any amounts paid for the canceled items.
Subscription orders and returns
For subscription purchases, you can change, pause where available, or cancel future shipments at any time before your next renewal date through your Her Bio account or the link in your order emails. All subscription plans auto‑renew for successive terms until you cancel.

Cancellation applies to future subscription periods only.

Fees already charged for the current subscription period are non‑refundable, and we will continue to fulfill and ship any remaining orders in the current billed period, unless we agree otherwise or are required by law.

Any refund requests for shipped subscription orders are handled under the same conditions as one‑time purchases described above (damaged, defective, incorrect, or undelivered items).
