Her Bio Shipping Policy

At Her Bio, we’re committed to delivering your supplements quickly and safely so you can stay consistent on your wellness journey.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number.

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout — we’re unable to make changes once your order has been processed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently offer Standard Shipping via USPS for all U.S. orders.

Delivery time: Typically 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and order weight.
Free shipping: Many plans include free shipping for subscriptions from 3 months or more.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also view your order status at any time by logging into your Her Bio account.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@herbio.com with your order number and photos if applicable. We’ll work with USPS to resolve the issue quickly.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories, including PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Her Bio does not currently offer international shipping.
